Tho Mastertou representatives soared another victory at Palmerstoh North, winning after a hard game by 4 points to nil. The scoring was done by 0, Perry, who potted a goal, and E, Thompson, who secured a try.
We understand arrangements are being made to delay the afternoon train from Wellington to Mastertou, until after the football match on Saturday next.
The matoh Carterton v Matarawa was not played at Greytown on Saturday, owing to the iuclement weather. It will probably corno off next Saturday.
