ORDER UNDER SECIIOH 120 PUBLIC WORKS ACT, 1882, WHEREAS it has been made tn appear to tho Council of the County of Wairarapa North that tho Scale of Tolls on Vohiolos at tlie Oahonga Ferry is oxcessivo and unduly burdensuine, the said Council afler due enquiry hereby orders that on and aftor the 9th day of Juno, 1890, the charges every vehicle on two or move wheels, with or without springs, drawn by one horse or head of great cattle, driver included, and for erery horse or head of great cattle drawing tho same shall be diminished, and in lieu thereof tho following toll shall be payable.
