The attendance of buyers was good, and bidding spirited throughout, all stock selling under the hammer at prices showing a marktd improvement on last sale, and ruling as under: — tap-Fat ewes 9s lid to 12s fid, the latter being the top price realized in tho Wairarapa for fat ewes under ihe hammer this season; store owes 7s lOd to 9s 7d ; do, medium, 6s to 7b 61 j culls 4a lOdto 5s Bd;ewes in lamb, aged, 6s to 03 9J; store wethers 7a 2d to 9s lid; ewes and wethore, mixed, 5s 4d to 8s; No fat wethers wore yarded,
Captle—2 year old steers 58s, 18 months 37s 6d; calvoi 15s; heifei'B, yearlings 20s; dairy cows (poor quality) 40s to 525; storo ilo 20s to 40s.
