Eketahuwa, Saturday. In the case Glasgow v. Kelliher, br%oh of Beer Duty Act, heard before Mr Robinson, 8.M., yesterday, defendant was fined £l and costs, 7s, POUND DROWNED. Duxedin, Saturday. . A man named Charles .Strichan was found drowned this morning in the Water of Leith.
