The question tlion resolves itself into this, in the interests oi the Borough, is the most reasonable course to adopt?" With many other interested ratepayers in the Borough, 'I submit that. the filling in of those gutters,' which cannot possibly bo of any service to the town in the future, is the better course,-I am, &c„ .
