At tho Native Lands Court yesterday, during the progress of tbe important Waipu case, Judge Wilson showed an objection to a question put to witneaseß by hie colleague, Judge Burton, and intimated that unless certain conduct was desisted be would report the matter and would withdraw from the case. This morning Judge Barton intimated that he treated Judge Wilson's words'as threats, and liaving carefully considered his position dacided to withdraw from the case.
