A Sad Christmas.
Donewn, December 27.
I Achild named Robert John Mortjan was drowned at his parents' residence nt Green Island on Christmas Day. The child was playing about a well near his parents' house and fell in. At the inquest a verdict of accidental death was returned, the jurymen commenting on the dangerous state of .the wells in trie district.
