Entries lor all handicaps, accompanied with fees and performances, must be made with the Secretary not later than Saturday, the 21st December, Three competitors to start or no second prize. The decision of tlio Directors, or whoever tlicy may appoint shall in all cases be final, In toe event of the weather proving unfavorable, the Directors shall have it in their power to postpone the sports from day to day.
