Wellington, Monday, A young m»B named Frank Ream was charged at the Police Court this morning with forging and uttering two cheques of the value of £l4 3s and £7 Is Gd at l'almerston North on 15th inst, Ho was remanded till to-morrow at Palmerston North. His accomplice has not yet been captured,
