Duwuun, Novomber 22. At a meeting of thodolegatos of the friendly and trade societies, arrangements were made m connection with tho opening ceremony of tho Exhibition. The tramways will not run for an hour in order not to interfere, From 1500 to 2000 men, exclusive ol Volunteers will take part in tho procession. After discussing tho mattoi of a prize for the host trade display, it was decided that no prize should be prizo should bo offered, the trade rep' • reseutatives being unanimous on tbii point.
