A statement of accounts submitted by Vile showed Brenchley to bo indebted ss, Brenchley and wife, on tho opposite side, allege that Vile agreed to pay 2s per week grazing fees and supply milk at 3d per quart. The parties fell out over settling up accounts and the result was cross summonses were taken out, (Left sitting,)
