MASTERTON-THURSDAY. (Before W. Lowes and B, Boys, Js.P, i CIVIL CASES. W, and E. Vile v. T. BrenchleyClaim, 21s Gd, for goods supplied, Mr Beard for plaintiffs, and Mr Pownall for defendant, This chaim was heard in conjunction with claim by Brenchley for £■! 17s for grazing a horso and cow belonging to Yilo and wife, It was alleged that an arrangement was made under whioh tho horse and cow wore to be grnzoil in Bronehley's paddook nt Mauriceyille, Drenohley Moeivlng milk In Hon of grazing fees. A statement of accounts submitted by Vile showed Brenchley to bo indebted ss, Brenchley and wife, on tho opposite side, allege that Vile agreed to pay 2s per week grazing fees and supply milk at 3d per quart. The parties fell out over settling up accounts and the result was cross summonses were taken out, (Left sitting,)
