ltio Db Jaseibo, Nov IG, A revolution has broken out here, andEmporor Dom Pedro has been deposed. The Presidency of the Government has been assumed by Field Marshal do Fonosca, who has guaranteed the safety of tho Imperial family. An attempt was made to assassinate Senator L. A. Viara da Silva, Minister of Marine. The movement is being supported by the army. Nov 17. Field-Marshal de Fonosca, who has assumed the Presidency of the Government, has issued a manifesto abolishing Momirchial Government, and declaring that in taking this step he is assured of the support of tho various provinces. Tho population is quiet, being in favour of the new Government of which a ist of Ministers has been published.
