Court of Enquiry.
Christciu'rcii, Thursday. The Court of Enquiry into the accident to the barque Otago, gave judgment to tho effect that the damage was caused by the stress of of weather, and not to an act of commission or omission by the captain; that if the Captain lnd taken liquor after the accident he had not enough to incapacitate him; that everything that could be done was done; that the chief mate did not support (lie captain as he sjiould; that the ship is ill-found and should not hayo been passed as fit to go to sea in the state she left Sydney. No order was made as to certificates of officers or costs.
