Joseph Mandel, claim for £SO 13s id, for work done and conmiisions executed by plaintiff as an expert, for Mr Mamlel in connection with the race meetings held at Christchnrcli.Wnpicr, and Eunedin, and for repayment of £4O lodged with Mr Mandel with reference to a wager on tho Australian Cup. A verdict was given for defendant with £3 6s costs.
