Wklungeos, Monday, During the six months ende;l September 80th the land revenue was L 55,858, the estimate for tho year being L 121.000. The territorial revenue was 1125,705, tho estimate beiug L 222,000. The following are principal headings under which the land was taken up : Cash, 2GB selectors; area, 18,882 acres; value, L16,7u1, Deferred payment: 107 solectors, 22,182 acres; value, L 80509. Perpetual lease: 422 lectors; 182,G54acres; receipts LB4 22. Besides these, 145 village settlers have taken 1050 acres. The total amount received for special settlement land of all kinds was L 5,051. Pastoral runs were let to tho extent ..of 3,052,819 acres.of which 2,81)8,780 v rao leased in Canterbury to G8 individuals, 'ihe receipts from this source rao LIOD.GI6. 40,209 acres of small grazing runs were also let to 22 selectors.
