NOTCJi is horoby given that the Council of tho Borough of Masterton proposes, under the provisions of "Tho Public Works Act, 1882," to execute certain public works, to wit, tho construction of Public Roads through the Reserve bolonging to tho Anglican Bishop of flow Zealand situate in the tion 110, Block 4 (being firstly a Road connecting Villa-Street with the Ngaumatawa Block; secondly, part of a Road connecting Akura Road with Railway Road, and thirdly, a road connecting Akura Road with Ngaumatawa Block), and for tho purpose of such public works to take, under tho provisions of tho said Aek, tho Lauds mentioned in tho Suhedulo hereto. And notice is further given that a Plan of tho said Roads or Works, and of the Lands so reimired to Authorised Surveyor, is deposited in tho oflico of the said Borough Council, situate in Chapel-street, in the said Borougli,aiKl is tliereopen for inspection and notice is horoby given that all persons affected by the execution of 'the said Public Works or by tho taking of the said Lands shall, if they have any wellgrounded objections to tho oxecution of tho said Public Works or to tho taking of such Lands, sot forth the same in writing, and send such writing, within forty days from, the first publication of thiß notice, to tho said Borough Council, at the said oflico.
