NOTCE is horoby given that the Council of the Borough of Masterton proposes, undor the- provisions of "The Public Works Act, 1882," to execute certain public works, to wit, tho construction of Public Roads through tho Reserve belonging to tho Anglican Bishop of Actv Zealand situate in tho Borough of Mastorton and in the Survey District of Tiffin, being portion of Section 110, Block 'I (boing firstly a Road connecting Villa-Street with tho Ngaumatawa Block; secondly, part of a Road connecting Akura Road with Railway Road, and thirdly, a road connecting Akura Road with Ngaumatawa Block), and for tho purpose of such public works to take, under tho provisions of tho said Act, tho Lands mentioned in tho Schedule liorctu.
