Masterton Hospital.

The ordiuary monthly meeting of the trustees was held yesterday. Present-Messrs J. C. Boddington (chairman), W. H, Beetham, J. lorns, J. B.Keith, and B. P. Perry. An apology was read from theHev.W. E. Page for non attendance. The minutes having been read, the Treasurer reported a credit balance of £IOB 9s Bd. Accounts amounting to £U Us lid were passed for payment. The custodian reported that eight patients were admitted during the month, nine discharged, leaving five still in the institution. The action of Messrs Boddington and lorns in admitting a patient to the hospital was confirmed! The Secretary was instructed to communicate with Messrs F, Von Eeden, Kebbcll, and others in reference to, raising subscriptions in their districts as many patients received the benefits of tlip Hospital without adequate recognition, Mr Boddington was appointed visiting member and the meeting closed.
