Ordered to be paid by 26th inst, in default 48 hours. F. W. Temple v W, Foreman, L 9 8s Id, Mr Pownall for plaintiff, Mr Beard for debtor, Debtor stated ho was out of work, and had been laid up, Judgment was given last November. Had a contract falling 15 aores bnsh and lost L7los over it. Had only himself and wifo to maintain. Sent money to his wife when bo bad got it, Had a deferred payment section which be had not paid up, It was now forfeited. Had been working for his "tucker." Was going to a fencing job and would pay LI por month commenoing 12th November, Order made accordingly. (Left Bitting,)
