BANKRUPTCY. Blenheim, September 9. Mr T. Hot'ton, trading under the namo of Eell Bros and Co, general merchants, today filed a petition in bankruptcy. It is stated that tho only creditor is the Bank of New Zealand, to tho tune of close upon £IO,OOO. THE STABBING AFFRAY. . Nawbr, September 9. The boy Hutton was brought up at the Resident Magistrate's Court this morning, charged with unlawfully wounding, and was remanded till next Monday. The boy Blom is still alive, though in a critical condition. .
