Sullivan Declines to Explain.
CimisicuUßcn, September 6. Tho Ministers'Assooiation has held three meetings as to G. T. Sullivan, the converted athlete. At the first 'a deputation was appointed to wait on him and ascertain certain fads in connection with his career and antecedents. Sullivan, however, declined. The ministers then offered him a second chance of making an explanation, but lie still declined, The ministers met again this afternoon, aiid as Sullivan still declined to make tho required explanation they decided to publish the facts within their knowledge, and leave the publio to judge for themselves. Iu tho meanwhile they passed a resolution that thay cannot recognise Sullivan undor the circumstances,
