The Will of the late Duke of Buckingham.

Probate of tlio will dated lOtli February, 1885, of tlio late Duke of Buckingham ami Cliamlos, of Stowe, Bucks, ami Cliamlos House, Cavendish square, who died on tlio 2(jtli March last, lias been granted to tlio surviving executor, Mr Willimn Williams, of 32, Lincol 11 s-Inn -lielils, solicitor, tlio other oxecutor named in the will-Sir Robert Batcson p^Harvoy—having died in tlio lifetime of his brother-in-law, the deceased. The testator bequeaths to his wife, Alice Ann, Duchess of Cliamlos, £SOO such plate, ami household effects as she may chooso to the value of £2OOO, and tlio use for her life of the Tomple diamonds, which are with tlio ' county' plate, the Cliamlos Templa-Fugent, and Granville family pictures, and tlio presentation plate, to dovolvo. as heirlooms with the * settled real estates. The testator bequeaths to each of his daughters, Lady Mary Morgan (now Baroness Kinross) and Lady Anne Hadaway £IO,OOO, and entails Stowe and all his real estate in Buckinghamshire and elsewhere (except his real estate in Cornwall) upoa his daughters, Lady Anno Hadaway and Lady Caroline Grenvillo, to the last named of whom he devises his real estate in Cornwall. All tlio residue of his personal estate the Duke of Buckingham bequeaths upon|liko trusts with those affecting the proceeds of sale of any portion of his real estate.
