To meet the interest and annual charges of the loan a special rato of threepence half-ponny m tho pound will be levied on tho ratable valuo of the following properties—Sub-eectioii 1 to 31, (inclusive) of section 24 Ekotahuna Township, Cost of raising loan and first year's interest to come out of loan. 2, Tlireo thousand live hundred pounds for stumping, oloaring, formation, metalling anil culverts on all the roads in tho rural portion of tho Wellington Special Settlement, No. 1 Block to be expended as follows: -15 miles of formation on tho portion of roads nearest Newman Township, including culverts and metalling as tar as surplus from formation will allow, -£'2,900.
