Ho went over to the place and saw tho accused, who informed witness that ho was" Inspector Bullon," and that he was going to have Mrs McKindor arrested because he had been robbed of Ll5O. Witness ordered Bullen off the premises, and saw a policeman about accused's- conduct. Bullen threatened to knock witness' brains out with a 6tick which he carried, About 1 next morning ho saw accused removing goods from Mrs McKinder's, and on his speaking Bullen drew a revolver and threatened him. Accused was bound over to keep Uo peace for three months, himself in 1200 and two sureties ot £SO each. Accused was romevedtogaolin default of bail.
