(b) To repeal The Masterton and Greytown Land Managomont Act, 1871, and its Amendments so far as they relate to Mastorton, and to ro-onact tho same so far as applicable. • To provido for disqualifying tonanta of the Trust, and persons concorned or participating in contracts or work for the Trust within certain limits, for the ollico of Trmtoo. . To provido ousting from office any disqualified Trustee. To prevent Trustocs from voting or discussing any matter in which ho has any interest, To incorporate tho Trustees and their successors. To provide that the net revenue from Town Acres 42,105, and 111 Bhall bo devoted to scholarships for boys attending tho Publio Schools of tho district. To provido power to lease lands under "Tho Public Bodies Powers Act, 1887," excepting Sections 6,12,14, IB and 10. To provide that the Auditor-Gene-ral shall bo tho auditor of the Accounts of tho Trust, and to vest lands granted to the Borough Council for street purposes in tho said Council without conveyance.
