Keel Stars v Rivals.
The Bed Stars first went to Carterton on Saturday, and were defeated by the Kjvala first, by a point to nil. Neither team had its full strength in the field, the Stars being weak in tho forwards and the Rivals in the backs. During the whole of the first spell tho ball was kept in neutral ground. C. Perry got partially disabled through colliding with the umpire, The second spell was exceedingly lively, and play swayed continually from one enij to the other, each side haying to accept a force down or two, There wore gnite a rumber of long kicks between the bacjk'y which -at v 'times gained a lot of ground.
