A Death bed Marriage.

A sensatioual story of a mavriago imd. death is just repotted from Montreal, the bridegroom being an % English gentleman of property, residing at Brighton in the country. I'he gentleman, whose name was Ralph Boeheamil Husson, wont to Canada two / years ago on account of declining health, While thore ho made the acquaintance of Mr Mary Muleahy to marry him and acooinpany hini to England. Her mother objected on account of her youth, and Mr Husson had to leave by himself, The engaged couple kept i upacorrespondence, and the marriage was arranged to -take place. Accom. panied by his ftther, a doctor, a priest, and a friend of the family, the young gentleman set out for Now , York. This was, liowovor, against the advice of the doctor, who said than an'Atlanlio voyage in the winter would most likely prove fatal. The party arrived in Now York and took : M tr ain for Bonaventure, a telegram Xbeing sent to Miss Muleahy to meet them at the station there. Tho young lady met them, and the party took sleighs to Miss Mulcahy's house. On tho way, however, young Mr Husson gasped for breath. He then motioned the priest to read the marriage Miss. Muleahy, though greatly overcome, consented, and in , St Jamos'-street, in the sleigh, and in the open air, tho marriage took place. In two minutes afterwards tho bridegroom fell back dead.
