Sydney, April 11, In tho Legislative Assembly last night a Bill to establish reciprocity between the various Australian colonies with regard to' judgments obtained in Courts other than Supreme Courts was read a second time. The Bill enables a creditor in one colony to have judgment entered and execution issued against a levanting creditor in another colony, In the House Mr D. O'Connor, Postmaster-General, made a statement to the effect that after carefully considering the proposals of. Mr Croighton for a fortnightly San Francisco Mail Service he was unable to recommend they be adopted. Tho whole matter, he added, could only be settled after consultation with great Britain, New Zealand and America or Canada, As regards the renewal of the present San Francisco contract, Mr O'Connor said he was in negotiation with the Union Stoam Shipping Company on the matter, The Queen has been scratched for tho Sydney Cup.
