We learn that Colonel Eoberts is after all to bo' appointed E.M. of: this district, and we are very well satisfied with the choice made by the Goverumonfc. The best E.M. we ever had in this distriot, Mr Von Stunner, came amongst us as an ontiro stranger, in muoh the same way that Colonel Roberts is now about to appear, viz., as a fair minded man, .with a moderate amount of experience.
