This Week's Land Sale.
On Friday Messrs T, Kennedy Macdonald and Co. will- hold the seventh sale of the lands of the. Wellington and Manawatu Railway Company. The land to be submitted comprises upwards of 64,000 acres, at Olmu, Manukau, and Otaki, and divided into sections of largo and small area. Tho terms of the saleten per cent cash, and the balance in seven years at five per cent interestare such as will afford a large class of buyers to settle upon the laud. The township of Olmu, comprising some 107 sections, _ will also be sold on Friday. This township is looked upon as being in tho most picturesque spot along tho line. Surrounded by b largo tract of land now being actively brought into cultivation it ia cortain'to become the centra of considerable settlement in a very short time. The sale will, be held in.
