A man was observed at the Horticultural Show last evoniu? taking slips of all the herbs exhibited in the hall, The Herbalist who grew them is hunting for this man to day in order to show him how to grow the cnttings he has taken. A singular case of somnambulism is reported at Smart road. On. Sunday night last (the Taranaki News reports), the 10th inst,,'t,ho son of a settler got out ot bed in lus sleep and travelled all the to Waitara, where ho was found next morning. The mystery is how 1m could have travelled all that way in the drenching rain without waking He cannot give any explanation of the occurence, and was entirely unconscious until he was found lying on the road and awakened, His parents only missed him a short time beforo he returned home.
