A Boy Shoot's Hia Sister. Wellington, Tuesday. A shocking accident occurred at Upper Belmont, Hutt District. A little boy of ten, a son of Mr John Strata was in the house alono'with his sister Maud a child of nine years". The boy got his father's rifle from a bedroom and .a cartridge from the shelf, and must have loaded the rifle as ho says it was at full cook, and he accidontly touched the trigger, blowing the top of his sister's head off, | scattering- her brains about. -The girl fell down dead and the / boy ran to toll his father who was.at work in a field. The mother was away in Wellington.
