I; Mr F. H, Wood's .stock sale, at the Taratahi yards, held yesterday, was largely attended,' Sheep and cattle yarded were mostly of good quality/ prices for the former ruling about equal to last sale, For oattle there appears to be still but slight enquiry, prices consequently ruling low. Stock sold as undet: Sheep —Lambs, shorn, 3s fid to 4s; do. in the wool, 0s fid to fis; a particularly good line of wether lambs realising fis lOd; store ewes, 4s to 6s Gd; culls, 8s 8d; fat ewes, 7s fid to 7s lOd; ewes and wethers, mixed, 7s 6d; store-wethers, 78 Id to 7s fid; a line of 2-tooth do., 8s; fatwothers, 8s Gd tp Da. Cattle—Calves, 8s to lis; yearlings, 18s Cd to 2Gssteers 2|-years, S6s; cows, 'store, ' 24s to 4Qs; dpi fat,GOs toOßs.
