Louisa Grantham v. G.Grantham. An application for a prohibition order. The defendant objected to the order being made, saying that he paid his way as far as he was able. Applicant deuied that, and said he was in debt wherever he could get credit, and had been so wherever he could get credit. To the Court; My husband has not been sober but eight days for this last five weeks, and he slapped mo in the face when I expostulated with him,
Constable Darby stated that he had frequently seen defendant in the hotels hut be never saw him actually drunk.
Mrs Grantham re-called, stated that there were debts which her husband had not mentioned, Order refused. Burnett and Pike v, C. Ticeliurst, No appearance of either parties. J. A. Dudson v. Geo. Oakley. Claim for £1 7s. Judgment for amount claimed and costs 6s,
C. L Barnard v.D. Haggertyjun, Claim £i lis. Judgment by default for amount with costs Cs. T. C, Road Board v, Mrs Grant. Judgment by default for amount claimed £lO 9s lid, rates, costs'32s,
Same v. W. Hoisted. Judgment by default for amount claimed £l2 6s with costs 9s.
W.H. Wilton v. ». Buckidge. Mr Beard for plaintiff Mr Skipper for defendant. A claim for £BB being the valuo of butchers trap and harness &c. On the application of Mr Skipper the case was adjourned till next sitting,
