Father M'Fadden, who had been summoned for an offence under the Crimes Act, failed to appear ivhen the case was called oh, Sixty police who were despatched to make an arrest have failed to find him. Mr W. O'Brien addressed a meeting, convened by Mr Jacob Bpght, at Manchester, last night.
