Tho Anniversary Handicap, to be decided by points viz., first place to count five (5) points', 2nd place three (3) points, and third place two (2) points. 8, In all races and competitions three to start or no second prize will-be given, and in the event of special prizes being given, they will take the place of second money. 4. All protests if any mast be lodged with the Secretary in writing not later than 15 minutes after the close of the race or competition. 6. In the event of any competitor making a falso start he shall be placed one yard behind his previous mark for each false start he makes. 0. The "decision of the .Committee in all cases shall be final.
