~ (To the Editor.) Sm-On the 7th of this month I received a telegram from two young men in Wellington to send their boxes down as they were'going to Napier by tho first steamer;. As.they were in haste, I sent them by Monday afternoon's train, but I got a letter from them m Wednesday stating that, the boxes had not- arrived there on Tuesday night; and they had to go without them,; Isent a letter to the manager to,know if they iadarrived then,, but have gqV no answer yet about tfjsjp.
