Mioxiout Mass, in all its imposing grandeur of ceremonies, was celebrated in St. Patrick's Oh irch, Masterton, on the eve nf Christmas, by theYery lievd, Fall : v Macnaumra", assisted by the local pastor, liov.John' McKenna, The altar was brilliantly iUuuiina!ed with wax candles, and decorated with botiqnels of flowers in the Bliape of two hurls. I lie Church was crowded by. members and visitors from all parts of the district. Johnson'B Mass of the Immaculate Conception was rendered.: The solo parts of tho Adeste lAdelis were taken by Mrs Diok3on, and " 0 Salutaris" by Mr It. It. 0. Coleman. Miss Gallagher und Mr I (owe also took solos anil parts. Mrs. Carrick presided at the organ, and tho following ladies and 'gentlemen, ip addition to those already mentioned, took part in the choral servioes, viz,, Messrs A. It. Bunny, W, Bray,,- Mahonoy,' and . Misses Bowler, Dully, Dowling, Wardell, Souioniolc, and Treader. The' discourse by the Eov, Father McKenna was listened to with marked attention by all present, and the large assemblage dispersed evidently edified by all they had seen and hoard,
