MaWra. From,-an early Lour in the .morning'the teachers, assisted by -a few friends, were kept busily'engaged'preparing tho ground and also the usual eatables &o. At ten o'clock the children assembled-in;order at the sohoolroom, I '/where 1 ' Mr Galloway, the' Secretary presented themwithitheir passes, after which'a few appropriate, words were tendered to the little one's by the Eov W. Eouse, This boing over theboys.'aud girls to the number of fully two huiidred,w,ere formed into liue, ( presented with flags, and : headed'by their reverend -pastor, marched along Chapel-street, thence into Queen-street,.by way of Eenall street, where, they were'•: met ;by the children and teachers of the Kunpuni Sunday school, tholatter.beiqg greeted ,bj three hearty.oheers: The procession whioh had now reached a conßiilorablo length, turned,into Worksop roatl .ftiid'tlionoe into Hie; grounds, Before dispersing cheers, were again exchanged ;and; the .youngsters .departed in all directions in searoh of spo'rl. • The teacher's spared 'rib pains' to.prqvidq everything, that: could, bo desired foji'tjie gathering' in thosliapp 'of'-gttnies, : During 'the, ; aftei'noon, solos, glees, ohor'uses/'&d.; wore ,con-' tributed, sunder tho '■ mitnagenient of MrTi'Rowsei' the' : pjario^beinig pTesided'bver by Miss E,Perry arid'Misa U.
