Masterton Hospital .

The ordinary monthly meeting of V the Mustorton Hospital Trustees was. held in tbe Institute yosterday.Thurs- • day, present—Messrs J. 0. Bodding- - ton (Chairman), J. lorns, .T, B. Keith, and the Bev.' W. E. Paige, The minutes of the previous meet* ' ' ing were read and confirmed.

The Treasurer, reported a [credit balance of £5819s 2d, which would be reduced by payment of' accounts £BB 8s 4d.

Correspondence was read from the Colonial. Secretary, approving the " Mastertou Hospital by-laws submitted to him by tho.Trustees.. letters were read from'two ex-/' patients, one offering payment in kind for cost of maitenance the Hospital, tho otlior offering) pay in instalments. Tlic offers were ; considered satisfactory, and accepted. Tenders wero opened for supplies ' to the Hospital for twelve months. Tho following wero accepted-Meat, V Walter Perry; bread,' Chamberlain 8r03.; milk, Bichard MoKenzio firoAvood, H. Mawhinay. For groceries, fto,, held over to be examined upon tho basis of consumption and . relegated to a subcommittee, consisting of the Chairman and Messrs lorns and Keith to deal with.
