: A number of boys were again before the Police Court this morning. Five lads were charged with stealing lemons froni the garden of Mr JI. J. Le Bailly'i at Dovonport, and four of them were fined in various amounts, with tho alternative of imprisonment in threo instances, and tho fifth boy was discharged. Another lad, who had previously pleaded guilty to stealing two pigeons, and whose case had been remanded to await the report of the' Probation Officer; whb again brought before the Court charged with tho subsequent offences of the larceny of fruit, etc, Ho was sont to gaol for eight hours, and ordered to appear before the Resident Magistrate with a view to his being committed to the Industrial School. .
