Undcliffcat Adelaide at the instigation' of his creditors; 'Mr Martin for the Government, contended that the creditors were liable' for such costs. Mr Gresson,'forthe creditors, argued that the greater portion of the expense had been caused by the blundering of the authorities at' Adelaide.
