Tho ordinary meeting of (ho abovo Board was held on Saturday, the 24th inst. Present-Cx. Gunderson (chairman), C, Eorsbcrg, H. W. Jackson, and P. Madsoii, '

' Correspondence was read from Mr Charles Heaynes, requesting that the bush bo foiled on the road leading to his section, and offering to do the samefor£l,' From Jordan Neilsen complaining of theculvert near his residoneo being too small, and causing damage to his property. It was resolved that- the offer of Mr C. Heaynes to fell bush for £1 be accepted. That an extra culvert of 2ft x 2ft be put down near Mr Jordan Neilson's house.

The collector reported having received rates amounting to £7 Os 5d since last meeting. The Treasurer reported a credit balance in the Bank of £271 Cs-lid, and cash in hand of £6l9s lid; Total, £278 6s lOd. Accounts amounting to £29 10s 7d were passed for payment. Messrs Forsberg and Jackson were appointed to sign cheques, The meeting tW adjourned. ■
