The rules of tho Wellington Racing Club whoro applicable, will bo strictly adhered to, All protests must be mado in writing to the Secretary within ten minutes aftor passing the winning post, with a deposit of 2 bovb, which sum will bo forfoitcdif the protest is not sustained.
