Wellington', Saturday, The great will case, iu which Broughto'n appeals from the decision of the Chief Justice, granting probate of the will of Kenata Kawepo to Mrs Donnelly is coming before the Appeal Court next week. A strong bar has been retained. Mr Haggit, of Dimcdin, will lead for Brougkton, with him Mr Bell, of Wellington, and Mr Cornford, of Napier, Mr G. Harpor of Christchurch, appoars for Mrs Donuolly, with him Mr Chapman of Wellington, and Mr McLean, of Napier. '
