The Customs revenue collected in the Colony for the month just expired is £124,285, as against £124,209, collected in October last year. The amounts at priucipal cohtres last month wore:—Auckland, £25,285, Wellington, £83,288, Lyttelton and Cliristchurch..- £22,649, Dunediii, £80,050. For seven montliß of financial year tho total is £707,672, being £75,078 under tho Colonial Treasurer's estimate for that period. The bear, duty last monthjwas £4,586, as against £4.155 of the corresponding month. Last year in October, Auckland collected £895, Wellington, £492, Cliristchurch, £948, Duuedin, £llO2. For seven months, the total shows a deficit of £2749 as compared with estimate.
