It was deoidedto refer tho matter to tho County Engineer. Carter to give the Board authority to constrncttho road across hisproperty, and allow his unsold sections to he crated to pay interest on a loan for - , )Afc)nstructing tho same, The Clerk instructed to call for tenders for j fencing the office site. A special rate was mado for the payment of interest on the Parkville loan, aild it was to hold a special meeting on the 28th inst., to consider the intcn. dec! works in Parkville.
