Mr W. T, Grundy in seconding the adoption of. the ■ report congratulated shareholders upon ,the decidedly .flourishing condition of the Society as disclosed by the balance sheet, : -The small attendance at tlie present gathering was to his mind the evi-
dence that members had every possible confidence y'in; the;.. . directors. (Applause), ' . The report and balance sheet having been;; unanimously adopted Messrs A,i R. ; Bunny aud J. Oi Boddington were-re-elected as directors. ' - •

Mr McEwon -.moved.a vote : of ' thanks to tho directors and manager, for their past services, which was seconded by Mr' Carpenter, carried nem, con., and duly acknowleded by Mr J. 0. Boddington and Mr W. Sellar, the former referring to the keen interest which the directors took in their work.
