Unoccupied Brewery Burnt. Gisboknk, Wednesday, An unoccupied brewery, owned by Eobert Knox, and lately occupied by "look, was burned last night. Insurance £350 in tho Phncenix office. . Destructive Auckland, Wednesday. At half past three this morning a twelve-roomed house at Mount Albert owned and occupied by H. J. Sellers, was burned down with its contents. The family with seven children were saved. The house was insured for '£t7o iu the South British and the furniture for £BSO in the Union. The loss is estimated at £BOO over the insurance. . In tho Supreme Court Case, Haell against the Greymouth Borough Council, for obstructing the bridge over the Grey Elver at Cobden, plaintiff was nonsuited, as the obstructions were caused by the Harbor Board. The sittings of the Court will probably close to-morrow.
