YTOTIOE is hereby Riven that by J_Y Proclamation' in the NEW ZEALAND GAZETTE dated 30th August, 1888, the whole of tho Wards of the BOROUGH of MASTERTON were abolished by the GOVERNOR on petition, and in'virtu'e'of such abojition, all the Councillors go ' outV of office, and NINE Councillors, will be elected by the Burgesses for the whole.
